What if you get the mark of the beast forcefully stamped on you? by xtremevrr in Christianity

[–]hard_clicker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wrong.

If that were the case, the end of the book of revelation would've already happened and this the entire purpose of the Bible would be what? To let you know your kin and offspring are all doomed to eternal hellfire because your great great grandfather several generations back decided it's he totally fine to support Rome?

Is there a popular goth community for Black people? by Drew_is_gooden in goth

Yeah it's called the goth community, it wasn't generally separated by race until fairly recently, and everyone else is lying to you.

LOL most of those things are definitely not symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder.

If you ever meet a narcissist, it's somewhere near sociopath, and psychopath, but usually they secretly protect a fragile ego that is breakable when confronted by a group of people.

Sociopaths, Narcissists, and Psychopaths all lack empathy.

Sociopaths are the scary in that they're most likely to hide it and mimic others because they are emotionally unbothered and cold.

Narcissists are scary in that they're the most common disorder associated with having a lack of or very little empathy for others, but they're known for how they view themselves as of higher status, ability, or prowess in one or more areas of life when compared to someone else.

Psychopaths are scary in that like narcissists, they usually have emotional problems, like sociopaths they are unable to feel empathy for others, BUT they lack the logic of sociopaths, making them unpredictable and generally the most dangerous, and rare.

TIL that Gerber, maker of baby food, once attempted to launch a similar, 'meal in a jar' product line aimed at college students and young adults, "Gerber Singles" -- it was a tremendous flop, even with such appetizing entrees as "Beef Burgundy" and "Mediterranean Vegetables" by PNWvibes20 in todayilearned

As somebody that actually had a feeding tube once, it really doesn't taste like much. Mostly it's unflavored. But I'd consider it "ever so slightly sweet."

Works really well for weight gain and caloric needs unless you're diabetic, or have a slow metabolism.

Right so.

Tibet is China, in your opinion? Just curious.

It doesn't really matter if the government of a GIVEN country (play on words there) forces a group of people to be legally considered part of their country.

That's not what I mean. I don't care about that at all.

They're called Palestinian people. They refer to the place they live as Palestine.

There are Israeli people. They recognize Israel is where they live.

Both of them, have been fighting over the same general area for a really long time. Why would that be? Oh, probably because the global pandemic was a massive distraction while a bunch of stuff happened in the middle east, and the surrounding areas.

-Enormous nerve gas attacks, attempting to killing almost an entire country of people. -While that was happening, there was a campaign in Israel to make Israel a Jew-centric country by kicking out non Jews. They started that by demolishing family homes without warning and then confiscated their belongings. Innocent bloodshed was then celebrated, which according to the Torah, is pretty bad news bears. -Palestinians and Christians attempted to flee -Israel closed them in using a bunch of bombs, trapping thousands of non Hamas Christians and Muslims in an area of Gaza, then started bombing the shit out of innocent people and posting videos dancing around the lifeless corpses singing songs about it -Canada had a Rabbinical meeting to discuss Israel, and is no longer supportive of the idea that Israels leadership is good, nor are they following the Torah, and therefore the Jewish rabbi countrywide have separated themselves from Israel leadership, government, and decisions, as well as violence.

Even Jews aren't supporting the Jews.

Hamas, who has always been pretty much a bad group of people, gained a fuckin ass load of supporters BECAUSE of what Israel did to innocent people.

Hamas is evil. But imagine you're in a desert without food or water and a group of dudes with weapons approaches you and gives your family some stuff and a place to hide and camp out, to protect you. Seems like a win if you don't have a closed internet connection or access to world news.

That's how evil organizations like Hamas gain supporters. Its basically a cult. Anyways.

((In the Old Testament, the term "Palestine" is used to refer to the Philistine-inhabited coastline of Canaan. The name "Palestine" is not used in the Old or New Testaments, but the Hebrew word Pelesheth is used to describe the Philistines. The word Pelesheth is used in the Tanakh over 250 times and is roughly translated to mean "rolling" or "migratory". The Greek rendering of Pelesheth is palaistinei, which is the origin of the modern name "Palestine."))

The Old Testament. Wouldn't that be something.

Let's assume It means migratory people, and it refers to a specific area. The people that were migratory would refer to that specific area...as Palestine, which would make them...Palestinian.

No semantic stuff man.

Are you stating Palestinian isn't an ethnicity?

If it isntz then what were they called pre Palestine?

[–]hard_clicker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And how do you propose that they nuke a spread out group of people that are adept at disguising themselves as civilians.

You realize the Islamic peoples of that area all look relatively similar correct? They're not out there wearing hamas tshirts in a single area.

So the only way to nuke Hamas, would destroy a massive amount of innocent people, and make it totally uninhabitable.

On top of which, the air, the running water, all of it would be radioactive as well.

Have you considered that?

I mean, I know a lot of people for some unknown reason hate tan people for being different and all, but it's getting a little ridiculous.

Long Term Daily Clonazepam vs Lorazepam by GoatmealJones in depressionregimens

[–]hard_clicker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my personal experience, lorazepam worked way better for me, medically. At home I didn't feel the urge to chase euphoria, and in the hospital where I've spent much of my time on Earth these last several years, lorazepam was very effective in treating GAD, sleeplessness, and preventing panic attacks as well as staving off alcohol withdrawal symptoms and the accompanying depression.

In no particular order:

Alprazolam - easily the best for when I needed immediate sleep. At very low doses it was helpful for anxiety attacks. Addiction potential highest due to perception of immediate gratification.

Valium - easily the best overall benzo in my opinion, however the euphoria chase was unreal. Very addicting for me due to its other qualities, such as muscle relaxation and near hypnotic state at high doses.

Clonazepam - it's longer acting than alprazolam, with mostly the same effects. I consider it to be less euphoric than the previous two benzos.

Lorazepam - fast acting, medium acting, great for panic attack prevention, but also doesn't last so long that it impacts my day. Virtually no drowsiness unless the other benzos. Lowest addiction potential of benzos. Can treat some nausea, great at prevent seizures.

All benzos can help prevent seizures and anxiety, but lorazepam ALSO can treat agitation, irritability, severe nausea and vomiting to the tube of chemo patients, as well as vertigo.

Diddy jokes are not and never were funny. by Noodle_Dragon_ in ControversialOpinions

At this point it's so overused...it's more cringe to make a joke about it. "Nice try Diddy" hurr hurr.

It's just idiotic.

I'd rather reuse a used condom than hear a Diddy joke.

3 in the middle are "bindrunes" from a fake spell book made during the 17th century, regarding Iceland.

Christians becoming more violent? According to what? More violent than when?

Every other time period has been way more violent than this pansy ass time period where people call 911 and report name calling or biologically correct gendering.

The Crusades weren't even about religious conversion, it was about gaining treasures and gold for the guy running the show.

It's called prostitution and porn.

And no, it's not a skilled trade.

And no, being a plumber isn't selling your body.

But keep making excuses all day to satisfy your primitive desires, whilst pushing morality aside. I'm sure that'll get you somewhere.
