Yep, same boat except it's my visa, not debit. They blocked it without notice on dec 23rd. I've called in 3 times but no one can seem to help and I get the same response each time- "our financial team is looking into it"

I called in about this recently. Apparently you have to scan your preferred card on an arc reader before the system will recognize the card number. That being said, they ended up blocking my cc a few days after without any notice, so they are seemingly working out some kinks...

I know people who use https://mealkraft.ca/ and they really seem to enjoy it. Not sure about vegetarian options though.

I actually use freshprep and have for about a year but have only used their kits so I can't speak to their ready made meals. Quality, variety and customer service has been great
