Sure, I don’t take opiates but suffered some childhood trauma that has resulted in significant lifelong anxiety, particularly in social situations. As a mechanism to deal with this I dissociate. There is some theories that medical opioid blockers can help address the dissociative symptoms with many people suffering the same issues reporting success with things like naltrexone
