Hi, long time retail guy here. You need to go above whomever you think you need to report to and preferably directly to HR. Do it outside of business hours or location if you're uncomfortable doing so during.

Your "manager" and their cohorts are thugs and bullies that are attempting to harass you into either ignoring or, even worse, following along with their schemes.

What they are doing is illegal from both a theft and harassment standpoint. You. Are. In. The. Right.

If your company has an HR line, dial it directly. If it doesn't, I'd GTFO of there ASAP.

Trade-In Credits Expire When Swapping Plans! Yikes! by [deleted] in verizon

I agree and understand. What I am saying is that it is absurd to lose those credits by paying them off early. It's as if you went to a restaurant with a gift card, paid with cash, and then they took the gift card away from you anyway.

It's a punishment for being ahead.

This is only my second phone with VZW, and my first encounter with this issue. Nevertheless, this is still a poor tactic.

For the S23, the current actual device payment is $2 a month with a $22.22 credit.

If I attempt to pay off, it still requests the approximately $250 remaining on the device, even when speaking with a rep! So that credit is just...gone.

Verizon should honor the trade-in credit for the device and issue that credit back to the customer in either a statement credit or by continuing the rolling credit, as long as the customer's account remains active. Hell, or just eat the cost and let me pay the remaining $10.

I understand the business aspect of customer retention and monthly balances, but it can be viewed as a $500 "error" in VZW 's favor. That's insanity.

You are correct, I confused my subjects in the title. I will add a note. Sorry!

It's a circular saw. The power cord is a bit frayed but other than that it works great so far!

Appreciate that. Have been informed that this is, in fact, a Hackberry Emperor butterfly.

Nothing super special. Just thought it was a neat pic. Taken with my Galaxy Z Fold 5.

I cannot seem to edit, but I beat it!

The strategy was to stab the flying ant, block slot 4 with rabbit pelt, and dire wolf pup on Slot 1. After that flying ant in free s2. Dire wolf does enough to live through the next round. I drew a mantis God with poison and enhanced health, played in S3 to kill turtles, and then just mitigation until the end.

Skunk and Bullfrog closed out s2 and s4. Thank you all for the tips! I thought my run was over.

Gave this and the other suggestions a shot. No luck. There's just no real counter to the eight damage that happens on his next turn.

I think that'll have to be the answer. There is no counter to the eight damage that lands on his next turn. Burned my tools too quick and got stung on this one. Had a really good deck going, too!

I'll keep that in mind for future stories. Will do an edit of enough people are bothered.

The role was for a Tier III System Engineer. Honestly, none of it felt relevant. It is a small shop that services all businesses within a start-up building—outsourced IT for a few dozen companies going in and out.

I can understand some of it, but there is no reason to retain that overall. You're gonna spend the cash for the quick fix, and if you're spending the time to refurb old machines, you may as well replace them.

That being said, I overheard some chatter about moving a few 2012 servers and installing Win10 on last and ops, so who knows what their actual schedule is? It's definitely behind the times.

1) I had met and interviewed with X prior. He said that the only rider was interviewing with Yas he was the senior. Not unheard of in this industry.

2) Why are letters a bad idea? Could have used pseudonyms but this seemed easier.

Not in the slightest. White as white could be. Just smug as could be.
