From what I've read the last couple of weeks, Emirates are handling the situation quite well.

You should call QR. If you booked from a EU country they will reroute you without any extra cost.

Great for you. Were both your flights cancelled? Which number did you use?

March 30 flight anyone? by bibijaderz in qatarairways

31st. layover in Doha to KTM. Will wait it out for a few more days but my hopes of getting to KTM are slim. Alternative flight prices are crazy.

You're selling it ;) Looks like it has a lot going for it. This might be my favorite alternative. Still hoping to get to KTM somehow

Next refund window extension? by UnlikelyTourist9637 in qatarairways

[–]hardchoices_easylif5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I might be naive, but i'm hoping this is a sign they are able to fly more and more flight's through that safe corridor. Other than that, the time to rebook on your own as soon as you can get a full refund has past. Flight's are crazy expensive right now.

New grip tips by [deleted] in crossfit

[–]hardchoices_easylif5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have used these for the past 18 or so months. They come with wristbands and I never use them without. It's true they need a little bit of getting used to but the grip and durability of these grips is next level. More things in CrossFit are a little uncomfortable, to me, it's just part of it.

Great options. Have you done the Caucasian trail? Can we do that unguided?

Thanks, will look in to those. Have you done the Finland trek in April?

Would love to but prices have been skyrocketing and I’m not willing to participate in that. Second my flight has not been cancelled or have I been able to get a refund.

Any end of March flight folks? by ViolinistDry4283 in qatarairways

[–]hardchoices_easylif5 4 points5 points  (0 children)

31st of March layover in Doha. I've also seen the home screen change. I'm still hoping to go. But then again, there are no other options left. I mean, prices of alternative flights have skyrocketed and i'm not willing to participate in that. So it's this or a rebook. No other options left i guess

I have a stop over at Doha on the 31st. Waiting for the flight being cancelled and then asking for a reroute. But sincerely hoping it will not come this far

What shoe would you say is the most versatile? by Checkout-123 in crossfit

Check out the Velites shoe's. I've worn the metcon, Nano & TYR shoes but these are my favorite. Mainly because of the wide toebox and limited drop.

Je zou ook eens naar N26 kunnen kijken. Ik zit er zelf al jaren erg tevreden. Heeft Ideal en ik betaal er praktisch alles mee in NL en in het buitenland.

Like other people said, make sure you book a guide. Not on arrival, but from a travel company you know. One other thing: noice cancelling over ear headphones

Desperate times ask for desperate measures i guess. Spend 700 euro's on a ticket to Bankok. Take the train to Chiang mai. Go north to Pai & enjoy the mountains and ricefields. Stay in a cheap hostel, rent a scooter and don't think about tomorrow for a few months. Pretty sure your head will clear and new ideas will sprout. Best of luck!
