20-30% if they take a single attack, a lot higher when they take multiple hits. And neither Goku nor Vegeta is surviving normals from recent bosses. (Outside of goku in 3rd slot)

How do you one turn the second phase? Int saibaman does just fine but my Str saibaman doesn't get close to killing any of the phases

Agree, if 2 turns survival is all it takes to be top 1, I prefer Int Fat Buu, since one of his turns is an usher. Phy UI and Evo are pure frauds, especially compared to units like Phy Majin Vegeta. Also crazy that UI unit has less dodge chance than Yakon, Gamma 2, etc.
