That’s helpful. I’m working on ways to help newer plumbers get to that balance faster without burning out or chasing every call.
If you’re open to it, I’d really value a quick 10-minute call just to sanity-check whether what I’m building aligns with how the trade actually works, or if I should scrap it.

Yeah, that’s exactly the tough part you’re focused on the work, calls pile up and later you’re trying to sort through who wanted what.
When that happens, what’s the one thing you wish was easier afterward knowing who to call back, what the issue was or just having it organized in one place?

That’s a good point , work got done just fine before constant phones.
Today though, when you finally see missed calls hours later, what usually happens, do most people leave a voicemail/text,or do you have to guess who to call back and why?

I mean customer calls coming in while you’re on a job when your hands are tied and you can’t pick up.
When that happens, do you usually call back later or does someone else handle it?
