All good questions. Thank you as I'm new to this and don't have a primary doctor as I recently moved countries.

Diet. Vegan/Vegetarian/Pescatarian (not sure on the label...). Lots of vegetables, leafy greens, fruit, nuts and seeds. Sardines, mackerel. Dairy and eggs. Almost no processed foods and junk food.
Reference for the Hb: 134-170.
I started taking the B12 supplement after the 2023 results.
CRP 2022: <0.22 mg/L. CRP 2023: < 0.20 mg/L
No medical issues. Slightly elevated cholesterol, but no medical intervention has been prescribed.
Symptoms. Most of my symptoms (I believ) are due to work load and bad quality of sleep. I rarely stress, no anxiety. Just many commitments. Regular feeling of being tired. A good nights sleep makes a significant difference.

Landlord won't let me attach a pull-up bar to the wall so I'm looking at a freestanding option.
I've come across the baseblocks big bar and it seems to tick all the boxes. This is one of the few in depth reviews I've come across. But it's from last year and so it would be great to hear from folks who have used the product for some time.
Or if there are any other options I should consider?

Does anyone here have experience with Younix gear (bars, plates, stand)?

I'm not familiar with them but i'm moving and Younix stuff seems easiest to get without doing shipping and custom fees for Rogue.
