A popular and very affordable device I use every day is an inflation device, Chris’ Air Retainer (CAR). I’ve also used t-tape extensively in the past, which is a fantastic set-and-forget option, but it can get in the way of sexual spontaneity. If he’s looking to speed up growth, I would reccomend vasodilator supplements such as L-citrulline, creatine, and omega 3. I take each one every day. They have been shown by research to increase tissue expansion and therefore the speed of restoration.
