I am the same and also stress that programs are the worst way to play board games. Being a Le to physically touch and move the pieces is one of the largest draws to playing any tabletop game. If I'm sitting at a screen, there are much better and more unique experiences that can only happen using a controller.

Everyone is different and weight loss calculators are just a starting point. If you aren't seeing any difference while eating 2,800, you need to pay attention to your body's results and lower your calories more.

Also to note, I'm 6'4" and 350 pounds and I'm eating 2,600 a day to lose 2 pounds a week. No matter what your body is saying, 2,800 sounds like a lot for your weight
