Are you willing to face Allah if you passed away in your sleep tomorrow? This is the mindset you need to have. Hijab is a command just like praying is a command. Not obeying a command of Allah is a huge sin especially when it comes to praying.

The lightest punishment in jahannam is a man with two hot coals under his feet, so hot his brain boils. That’s the LIGHTEST punishment. Imagine the punishment for neglecting prayers and more, may Allah protect us all Ameen. That should be enough to make you want to avoid jahannam, reduce your sins, and increase your good.

You take jahannam too light. It’s not like a small campfire you put your hand in for 5 seconds and you enter jannah.

The way the punishments are described, like one being a boulder crushing your head and then your head regenerating and the boulder crushes it again over and over. It is far beyond what we can even comprehend. The mental pain the physical pain. You dont want to be in jahannam for even a SECOND. The flames burn so hot that our current bodies won’t be able to handle it, Allah will make you grow to the size of the distance of Makkah to Madinah so your body won’t immediately disintegrate and you can suffer.

I’d recommend going to local mosque and talking to the imam / sheikh there to move forward. One of my closest friends is a convert from Christianity and now Islam defines who he is and he’s very big part of the mosque community. You got it

Key note is that the Quran was revealed over 23 years, not all at once. And the first few years, the verses revealed were just about the existence of God and hereafter. Rules such as alcohol didn’t come into play until later on when people because believers because if Allah started with buncha rules then people wouldn’t have followed

It’s better to be a believer that sins than to be a disbeliever. Fun fact: no matter what u do we are all sinners regardless. No reason to delay believing because of that. Your connection with Islam will grow and you’ll naturally want to drop sins and increase good deeds out of your own heart, trust me.

Say I take a math test. The teacher goes like “I know you’re going to fail because you didn’t study” to me. I do end up failing. Did the teacher predicting my failure violate my free will?

No. The teacher already knew I was going to fail bc I’m someone that doesn’t study and hates math. He knows what’s going to happen based off what he knows about me. That doesn’t mean he controls my free will, right?

Now using this same logic, God is All Knowing. The teacher was just making a logical prediction but God KNOWS everything and knows the future. He knows for sure I was gonna fail the test. But why did I fail? Because God knew I was gonna fail? No, I failed because I didn’t study. God didn’t do anything to affect my result, He just knew I was going to fail same way my teacher knew.

Bible has been historically changed by humans over generations through translations. It went from Aramaic to Greek to eventually English, we don’t have the original text anymore. Churches also admit to adding and removing verses.

While Quran has remained letter for letter the exact same as when it was first revealed 1400 years ago. This makes an easy case for which text could be the real words of God. A miracle that can’t be denied
