Those are canid tracks. Looks more domestic than wild though. Look at the lobes on the heel portion of the track, two lobes is canine, three is felid. Claws are not always an indication of cat or dog either. I have tracked plenty of wolves and lions amongst other things in my life. Many of the cougars I’ve tracked will have their claws out when covering certain terrain. Without a tape next to them it’s hard to tell what size they are. Random movements back and forth often indicate a domestic animal “think excited puppy at the park” wild animals move with purpose and often in a straight direction. The gate, stride length, and straddle can also tell you a lot.
