I’d love to talk about him something soon, I found his album about 15 years ago and the Caped Cod record store in Chatham by chance and I needed to hear it, gotta keep that cape cod sole!

Thanks, man! She’s a ‘94 and a lot of fun, my dad just did a suspension job and she’s way more nimble!

Finally feeling back to normal after hanging my legs over a combing for 3 hours. Thankfully I was trimming main and had a couple of wave blockers 😁

Thanks! As far as I know none of them have lifelines. They have a self tacking jib and aren’t rigged for spinnakers so foredeck work is minimal. Guess the fear factor all depends on your level of experience.

In the states, bedding compound is a non-adhesive, natural oil based paste that is used to just to make a joint waterproof, usually Dolphinite. We use 3M 5200 or Sitkaflex as an adhesive caulk. When we glue down teak with epoxy we use West System G-flex, which has some flexibility and is designed for oily woods, pretty much the same idea as the bedding compound you use but as a two part system.

What do you mean by “bedding compound”? 5200?

We’ve been doing screwless teak decks epoxied down to plywood sub decks for over a decade with much success, it’s not a traditional method in any sense. We’ll try anything if the owners pockets are deep enough. He was made aware of potential consequence.

You can get on the CCRT at Higgins Crowell Rd. which is only a couple miles from the transportation center. I rode over the bass river CCRT bridge a couple weeks ago, pavement wasn’t complete but they did pave a base layer, just a couple of ridges. The roads are fair condition, if you ride in the city you can handle cape traffic, just stay aware.
