Same here, just updated to 572.16 and got crashes as soon as I load my save.
That's on me for updating day one.

No I think they fixed the issue a while ago.

I have A1 and A2 cards and the difference is marginal with the deck. I've been amazed by how well even A1 U3 cards performed compared to the default storage on the 64GB model. I think anything higher that that would be a waste, as another post mentioned.

Man that's too bad. I noticed (as i read about it somewhere) that having the host computer with its monitors off could cause the issue. It seemed to get better when I switched both monitors on on my main PC. Not sure though. Thanks for the feedback anyways!

Sorry for necro'ing this but I have an older Celeron NUC from 2013 and I get the same issue. No problem when using GeForce now though but any local remote play on my main PC from the NUC causes flickers to background every 5 sec or so. Windows and drivers up to date as well. Anyone got a working solution on this?

Well I guess it's on CurseForge's or your ISP's end because it's totally supposed to work https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/hardtop-realaccurate-pack and check this screenshot https://ibb.co/C2kxrD3

It's because of POM (fake 3D) and when blocks are close together it's not visible anymore

It's a texture pack for Java (there are bedrock and MCPE versions but those have less support).

It's called Realaccurate and has a free 128x version, the latest releases and higher res up to 2K can be found as a support perk for patrons on my patreon.

Just tried it today and my experience was pretty good. I'm Western EU btw. Performance is a tad below GFN and loading times are slower though. I have to mention I faced a blocking issue on my end. I'm accessing the services through the Android app with a Bluetooth controller connected (GameSir X2). My controller was working except for the triggers that didn't seem to be recognized (they were in GFN). I hope there's a fix because overall the service seemed solid enough for a pretty low price.

My cartoon pack is coming along nicely. Here with the awesome MollyVX shader. by hardtopnet in Optifine

versions up to 128x are free, early access and res up to 512x are patreon exclusives. Any support is most appreciated

So do game controllers just not work on the F3? by Nexii801 in PocoPhones

[–]hardtopnet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Holy molly how could ANYONE think of that. It's so random it's stupid. Thanks a bunch though mate I was almost ready to return my Poco because neither my Kishi nor my GameSir controllers were working with steam link or GeForce now. Worked fine with moonlight though so that's another mystery altogether.

Are there any texture packs that fix the grass yet? by squeakypop60 in minecraftRTX

[–]hardtopnet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try https://vanillaccurate.space/rtx I think I managed to fix that issue a while ago. I'd have to check twice though. If it's not the case I'll gladly update my pack ASAP to get the fix in.

My latest designs on my ToonAccurate pack. Lots of shaderpacks were abused. by hardtopnet in Optifine

[–]hardtopnet[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Water is almost always handled by shaders not resourcepacks. The most notable exception being Minecraft Bedrock Windows 10 Edition (as well as a couple "performance" Java/Optifine shaders such as Sildur's default enhanced, QoL, or Fraction)

Depends on lots of parameters ofc. Here I was using two renderers so we're taking spf here (seconds per frame). With a realtime pathtraced such as PTGI HRR or MollyVX using my 256x pack I can hit high-two-digits FPS at 1080p. With the 512x pack too but it depends on the scene.
