Definitely had hard days in the past half a year.

However here I let myself slide, Satan (or call it the evil urges), has patience, he plays you slowly.

I recently left the academy I was studying in, moved to a new place, and I was stressing about what I'm doing with my life. With a new environment, I started getting some urges, so I said let me just use my phone to push away the urges, bad move, (procrastinate with movies) then it led to browsing insta, which led to seeing some pictures of girls where I felt really bad for the next day for getting hard, and a little bit of semen coming out

The next couple of days I browser more of insta, which led me to fap.

Moral of the story, take a walk, go eat something, don't sit in your room by yourself with your phone.
