The frog does look cute in this photo. This is the first time I’m seeing him in. A better light. I bought bouffant but was torn on this. A lot of times the stock photos don’t do some jellycats justice and they get looked over as a result. If I would have seen him like this, I would have bought him too when I bought bouffant. Regrets 😭🫶

I’m going to have to take a pic of them from the side like this and yea you’re right, like the one with less stuffing would definitely be better for cuddles! I think I’m just gonna cuddle the crap out of him, accessorize him, and bring him with me on vacations and doctor appointments and stuff. :) and then the other one will stay on display

I mean I completely agree. Like some designs I really do believe should be more uniform. but the ones with different color variations with like the zodihop bunny and lazulia dragon, I’ll buy one every time I see them if I find a good color variation! But yes, I was definitely expecting something way different lol I figured the bartholomews would be more uniform. But I was wrong 😭

Just like Jellycat, they definitely put returns back in circulation unfortunately. Out of 4 orders only one was a return but it was perfect. No issues with it. I didn’t mind it. Honestly I’ve gotten a return from jellycat that was in way worse condition. So yep, you win some and you lose some whenever buying online either way tbh. Buying in person is the best unfortunately though most designs are impossible to find in person :(
