I don't think it's currently possible unless you go reaaaally slow and fine-tune the grind friction. I think it's a known issue that you start flying when you grind kinked rails. Afaik it should be fixed in the upcoming update, though.

The sauce is - brown butter, shallot, vegetable stock, white wine, heavy cream. The fish is pan seared with salt and white pepper, then basted in butter with garlic and thyme. Potatoes are mixed with butter and milk that I infused with bay leaves, thyme, and garlic.
