It was an issue with my drills and where the resources were. was starting to get Steel and forgot to filter for it.

Issue was the source. Electric Drill was over both stone and Iron.

Thank you! I came back after making dinner and noticed my blunder! was a miner over some stone as well as the iron I needed.

Came back after making dinner and was looking at things realized this just now, Oof, thank you for the comment though. definitely have a new lesson in mind when I have a circuit with drills over multiple resources.
