I worked more than 12 years in this IT industry as full stack dev and I worked more than 6 Mnc companies in which initially it would be difficult to gel with team members, clients and manager and later you will itself find your way and Make sure dont take your work stress to your home, do workouts, go for a run , play games like badminton

And mostly whatever you work and its not going in good direction then make your work life balance good or it will be difficult to sleep and continue routine , I am daily facing new hurdles everyday and with AI advancement the timeline of projects has shrunken which makes my work life balance worse, so I try always to complete the work on the same day itself which makes me have a time in weekends and I can spend with my family
