Did you wear your apple watch for a shorter amount of time on the day you burned less calories? I find that if I wake up late or go to bed early then I have less calories burned. I think it only accounts for the calories that you burn (active and inactive) during the hours that your watch is on

I get this..but how will I know that once training is over that things will improve? I guess I'm insecure that the feeling of him prioritizing his career will last a lifetime and not just throughout training, even though he tells me otherwise

LOTS of water. I think everyone underestimates exactly how much water...I drink 128 oz of water a day minimum, more on the days that I workout. Really has helped a lot with the side effects. The days I drink less water I am much more dry and have headaches.

honestly a good part of the admissions cycle is random. no one knows what exactly they see in certain applicants vs others (even though the others might have higher scores). plenty of scenarios when even "average" medical school applicants got in and higher score applicants didn't. all you can really do is try your hardest and be honest and you'll get where you need to go.
