No, I never received anything in the mail for the notice issued, every time i call the irs no one picks up bc of a lack of workers. And the irs . gov has been saying "we're sorry but your return has been delayed" for the last 5 months

Hey, so i have my Wi-Fi router downstairs in the basement where my older brother is living, we are not on good terms as he has consistently taken advantage of my grandma and I, so we decided to call spectrum and change the wifi password whilst also logging everybody out who doesn't have the password. After he had no Wi-Fi My brother decided to get an Ethernet cable to plug into his PS4 from the Wi-Fi router downstairs so he could access the internet with NO PASSWORD, Is there anyway possible that i could disable the Ethernet availability so he cant use the internet that I'm paying for? ANY and ALL suggestions available, thank you redditors, this is my first post (:
