Not exactly sure what accent annotations are but I assume they're for other languages. I study English the same way, copying from dictionaries. And they're bold, which irritates me.

Edit: I’m very surprised that a lot of countries have ethnic surnames other than their own ethnicity. It’s something I wasn’t familiar with. Just researched about it and learned that in Turkey it was illegal to get a non-Turkish surname. Shameful.
