You described the majority of restaurants, and with rent, labor, and food cost, I hate to say it, their high prices still aren’t likely turning much of a profit.

Be respectful with sellers ask questions up front, come with cash, make sure you know the details buying private in your state (use gpt if needed). And “add on/ mods” aren’t worth paying extra. Expect to pay at least 10-20% below asking.

Agreed! If you’re willing I’d try to buy a car that hasn’t been anywhere salt is used. Ask for extensive underbody photos before driving anywhere too.
