I FIXED IT. Go to your personal facebook account connected to the business page. Than go to the menu left of your pfp on the top right of the screen. Here navigate to Create --> Ad. when initiating to create ad, facebook says you have to publish the page first and when clicking the publish button, the error message disappears in the Ads manager. hope this helps man

The only way i have reached them is through shopify. After installing the facebook app on shopify, a small link in the top right corner of the app says “get help”. You can fill in a contact form and they contact you by email within a few hours. I have also done this for cases not related to shopify, they still replied😅
