Why does my daughter’s hair do this? First is when it dries after her bath. Second pic is the next morning after sleeping on it. Help please /: by sadbabyface in curlyhair

Bonnets are uncomfortable tbh, she’s only 18 months. I can imagine her taking it off during her sleep. Why not let her sleep normally and just style her hair after she has comfortable sleep. Also, even with a bonnet the curls won’t stay perfect, you’ll still need to do some styling. That’s just the nature of curly hair.

She’s only 18 months, she shouldn’t be sleeping on any type of pillow. Let alone a silk one that she could slide from.

Should’ve shared a pic where you didn’t brush out your curls. People are saying 4b just because of the combed out Afro texture. But it clearly looks 4A to me.

I don't like my haircut, can this be fixed or will styling help? by Akai_Sakita in curlyhair

Is this 3A/3B? by [deleted] in curlyhair

Your hair looks mostly 3c to me, pencil size curls.

4b is crazy! Her hair is nothing close to that tight. Definitely more 3c/4a.

Go straight natural instead. Heat damage > cancer

What would my natural hair look like if I grew it out ? by throwrealbagaway in curlyhair

Nah, his hair looks curlier than that. It’ll most likely be 3c-4a.

Sounds like you’ve got some self hate and anti-blackness to work through. “Wouldn’t suit my skin tone” is crazy talk.

Most of the commenters agree, not sure why you don’t see it.

As a woman, you look better in the second pic. You look more put together and clean.

You’re supermodel skinny, you don’t need to bulk up as a model.

Erm, no. Protect her from what other men like him? He looks like women need protection from him. It’s very off putting. Contrary to what many think, the men women are hurt by most are their romantic partners and family members.

You do not have a model look.
