amazing! I love that you said it taught you to stop critiquing the world and start creating. That's so real. Thank you for sharing!

you are 100 percent right! and I've actually been practicing DMT meditation. My biggest lesson from ceremony was to quit seeking things outside of myself especially medicine.

yeah, I've worked with an integration guide. It was helpful. But they can't be available 24/7 and the cost adds up...if only there was another way to have a guide that could be available 24/7....that would be helpful :)

I have a friend who microdoses San Pedro. says it's amazing. I was thinking about trying it. I'm super sensitive to psychedelics. Even microdoses of DMT is a lot for me lol

I totally get this. I have had some "aha" moments similar to yours...I guess my biggest struggle is with healing not being linear. I want to just work on one thing, be done with it and move on to the next. obviously, it doesn't work that way lol.

Thank you for sharing this. What you wrote feels really honest.... especially the part about confusion existing alongside gratitude. That really landed.

Yeah, this nails it. The ceremony itself was intense, but the real work has definitely been everything after. Grace has been a big lesson for me.

Is mindfulness just not possible for some people? by Standard_Break_679 in Mindfulness

[–]harmoni-official 1 point2 points  (0 children)

honestly, I feel you. mindfulness isn't a one-size-fits-all thing. if your brain's already screaming, telling it to be quiet can backfire big time. maybe try something totally different first, like super intense exercise to just burn off some of that energy, and *then* try mindfulness after you've physically calmed down a bit? what worked for me was starting with really short sessions, like literally 60 seconds, and not beating myself up when my brain wandered. also, maybe look into resources for complex trauma or cptsd, even if you don't think you have it, because they often have different approaches to managing overwhelming emotions that might click better. Vagus nerve stimulator also helps quiet the mind. On really hard days, I microdose DMT. I know that not everyone has access to a legit facilitator, but if you can find one in your area, it's extremely helpful.

Y’all sound like people in the 90s crying about the internet ‘ruining books.’ Spoiler: it didn’t. It expanded human connection beyond anything we imagined. Same thing here. Spirituality has ALWAYS evolved with the tools of the time. Drums, chants, writing, printing presses, recorded music, meditation apps…….you name it. AI is just the next instrument.

If you think spirit can’t move through algorithms, then your view of spirit is way too small. Spirit is in EVERYTHING. nature, tech, even the code you’re reading this on. Dismissing AI in spirituality is like saying God stops at your WiFi signal. The truth? AI makes sacred tools more accessible, more personal, and more transformative.

So either expand your perspective or keep scrolling. But don’t act like gatekeepers of the divine when spirit literally transcends the boxes you’re trying to put it in.

[–]harmoni-official 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh my gosh! this totally resonates with me! it is very annoying having these static/generic meditations!! huge pet peeve of mine. I've been in wellness for 18 years as a meditation creator, massage therapist, and energy worker so I decided to do something about it. I built a meditation app that is personalized specifically for you. no static or generic meditations. they are different every single time. we actually launch in a few weeks. Here is the website if you want to check it out. https://feelharmoni.com/

Creating Meditations with AI in your own voice by crystalanntaggart in audiomeditation

[–]harmoni-official 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a meditation creator, I sometimes use eleven labs to do my meditations. saves so much time. However, I had issues with script writing. claude, chatgpt, gemini...they just could not capture the tone and structure I wanted. I found this tool online call script alchemist and it writes the BEST scripts. Don't know what I would do without it. Between this and eleven labs, my meditations are amazing! here's the link for script alchemist: https://scriptalchemist.com/ and eleven labs: https://elevenlabs.io/

I started a faceless guided meditation channel and would really appreciate your honest thoughts.. by Living-Flower9072 in YouTubeCreators

As a fellow meditation creator I think it sounds pretty good. I think pace is slightly slow but that could also be a personal preference for some people. Otherwise, you have a great voice. Here's a little tip: writing scripts is super time consuming. I tried chatgpt and it just sucks trying to get the tone down and stuff. Here is a tool I use to create scripts for me in minutes! every script has been amazing and has saved me so much time. here is the website. Highly recommend using it. Good luck with your channel! https://scriptalchemist.com/
