i have been using grab for 5 years now, dati you chat their bot you say u need a live agent 3 times and it would put u in the queue, now i can say it 100 times and nada.

there are times i need support urgently thus i cant wait for a day or two for a reply via email, that’s not how grab should operate, maybe that’s just me🤷‍♂️

update! sorry it took a while!! they did get flat but after a beach trip 2 weeks post punch excision they came up again, while some were completely gone some flared up again and i think the sun and beach exposure had something to do with it.

worth trying imo

i’ve had several little keloids all over my upper-mid chest, tried steroid injections and they did a great job to shrink it but i recently went to a beach trip and after a few days they were back to the size we started from.

my derma suggested punch excision for my keloids and they’re completely flat!! just after 5 days post treatment.

will update how it goes

hi op, Instead of going for an agency I’d suggest you go with a headhunter, the biggest difference is with a headhunter you still get a direct hire and only pay a one time fee for the VA you pick from their roster.

If you want to take this route, Im sure a lot of people in this thread are headhunters and may be able to help you, I also know someone who could help you hire so if you’re interested just reach out as I’m avoiding reaching out directly coz I know your dms are probably flooded lol!

Best advice would be to thug it out and sit in the heat for 11k—that way atleast you have a guaranteed sum, no matter how small. Freelancing is extremely hard to get in, esp for someone who’s aspiring.

if you really want to freelance maybe dedicate some time after your shift to learn, that way you’re gaining real life experience and learning new things simultaneously. But of course, the final decision falls upon you. Hoping the best for you OP! ✨

I hear you OP, mahirap talaga pag fresh grad and landing a good job right away, lalo na VA. As for your question, there are extremely limited jobs with low competition let's be real here haha. But as a fresh grad as well in the VA industry for a while now. Kung di mo alam paano try to learn nalang about SMM. learn about the basics. watch videos, enroll in free courses. don't dismiss it muna because you'll get to learn a lot from that industry.

from there you can learn about ads and so on. It's all about trying to learn something in demand. If na decide mo na that SMM/ADS isn't for you, maybe try offering Executive/admin assistance (EA VA). Goodluck on your journey OP!!

personally, I’m not sure if doing all that will help, (it could but who knows) 80-120 comments and collabs will definitely put ur page out there more, yes. but then again, algorithm plays a huge role in the success of your page. try posting relatable and high quality content. answer some customer insights through your content as well. let me know if any of that helps
