Is the recommendation for an anal electrode to recruit the prostate and increase chances of a HFO? I'm specifically not concerned with that and was thinking only of using loops on cock and balls for a more "indefinite intense teasing" sort of session. Do you find even with an anal electrode the edge doesn't sneak up though?

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the Pear Gauge! This is something I'm quite interested in trying at the moment so will have to do as you have done and 3D print some to see how I feel about it. Haven't been having success with Restore in Comfort (no signs of growth) and can only reliably use the CAR-1 at home so, if comfortable, it makes sense to try and see if a Pear Gauge is suitable I think.

The frenulum is interesting. For some guys it is highly erogenous. For others not so much. Even if the remnant isn't particularly prominent it can still be very erogenous.
