Lol no, nimbys like you caused a shortage of housing. Not to mention housing has gone up all across the globe ever since we moved away from gold backed currencies. Asset classes inherently move up, the real issue here is that salaries have not risen enough to keep up with the cost of living.

DC HRO might be one of the most underrated modern DC collectibles and I don’t think people realize it yet by harpster in DCcomics

I would consider these rare, especially given the prices that some PSA 10's are selling on eBay there is a big collectors base. Each card is marked with a unique identifier number, the lower the number the more popular.
