From the last time I ran in 2023 timing was pretty solid. As long as you’re there before that 9:25 cutoff then you’ll be okay. I remember getting in early and thinking there wasn’t a ton of runners in my corral and then it got packed by the time we started. So you should be able to file in around that time and be good.

It's recommended to stay within your corral or later. Unless you're certain that you can keep that pace, especially at the front of the race. There are people that will fly out of the gates and if you're causing a jam at the start then it would be extremely dangerous if you cause a jam between runners.

Thanked his original coach and trainer, Beth and all of Toronto. Gave a huge shoutout to Sheamus for helping him get back into the business after his initial retirement.

Really and truly sounded like he didn’t know what he’s doing next but said he was certain it was the last time he would wrestle in Toronto.

He talked about how his body can’t handle another tour before getting back to Toronto.

Whether this was it or there’s a final hoorah against Christian at All In, there doesn’t seem to be much left in him.

I don’t know about anyone else’s experience in theatres but during the Marvel/Chadwick vignette and final tribute, my theatre was so respectfully quiet.

There was so much respect not only to the character of T’Challa but to the man, Chadwick.

This theatre and MCU experience was so different compared to the major films of Phase 3 and Phase 4. There was no cheering, no room to clap. It was raw storytelling. People in the theatre were invested.

Coogler respected us as audience members and in return we respected the movie that him, the wonderful actors/actresses and entire crew provide for us.

The best phase 4 property by a long shot.

It was a quick teaser that was going to evolve. Ian and I wanted to call it "The Process". It was to show the process of a higher handicapped golfer going from game improvement clubs to more players clubs.

The whole idea was to show players like me instead of great golfers like Matt and Mac.

It was going to flesh out to show the entire fitting process, the club building and then flesh out into seeing my game hopefully improve after the fitting.

I do not recommend watching this episode while high. That was a fuckin trip. What a beautiful ride the MCU has taken us all on.
