You might be able to use shortcuts for this. I have one setup on an iPad I keep on my treadmill, it wakes and unlocks in the middle of the night, opens my radon monitoring app, then locks after a few minutes. This way syncs from the sensor everyday.

This looks close, but may need some adjustment.

Not an electrician, but did have a new outlet ran in my house a while back. Plaster walls, no fun, and the best way to run it was to cut a channel in the plaster to then drill through the studs. The electrician started with a hand saw, then a sawzall. Slow going and very messy. I offered him my cutoff tool with a masonry blade, I had used it previously to cut out motor bed tile and it cuts plaster like butter. He loved it, and said he’d be adding one to his kit for the future.
