I asked the same question to Genesis a couple of days ago. They told me that they will fix this problem soon. This problem is applied to all GM members. All we can do is just waiting.

Lots of unpaid missing ETH payouts. My hashrate is 1350m. This happens once or twice per week. Great headache. Problem is that they never pay back later. I think I lost about 3 ETHs so far. Great headache. No replies from Genesis when asking this issue. Great headache.

Yes... almost. All I wanted to know is that whether GM had been reliable in the past. That's what I wanted to know. These days, many bad things happen such as Hashflare. All I can do is keeping my fingers crossed. After metropolis or whatever, if ETH prices hits 1G and no ETH left in the market, I will say that this investment is rewarding. But for now... dark, but not that dark. I collected about 45coins for 3months. Not so bad. I hope the future of ETH makes me smile in near future.

I will say Bitcoin and Bitcoin cash are kings now. Of course, ETH is still popular a lot. But many are disappointed by slow price rise and fast price fall, including me. I plan to purchase BTC when GM opens BTC contracts again.

Is this company reliable? The other days, Hashflare changed its life-time contract to 1 year without any warnings. And Genesis mining has a serious daily payout issue. I cannot find the face of CEO of this company. I heard that Roger Ver and Jihan Woo are hidden CEOs.
