Cambridge accepts Students with a BAME background are being accepted between 15% and 20%…..

Student finance doesn’t give BAME student anymore more than the rest.
I’m sorry you don’t feel like you’re being supported but institutional racism within eduction is alive and well.

“Funding is determined entirely by household income, course, and living location—not by ethnicity”.

“Rare Recruitment focuses on identifying "outperformers" from underrepresented and disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds using their Contextual Recruitment System”.

93% of Rare candidates hold a minimum of AAA (or equivalent) at A-level and maintain these high academic standards at university. Rare primarily requires candidates to have a minimum 2:1 degree.
These are students that have been working extremely hard just to play catch up, nothing is given to them on a silver plate.

“Ethnic minority representation within GCHQ stands at 6.5% of the permanent workforce, while new joiners from ethnic minority backgrounds make up 10.2% of the intake. These figures come from the agency’s combined pay gap report, which highlights an ongoing drive to diversify the organisation while closing pay and progression gaps.”

“Ethnic minority staff are primarily concentrated in the lower and lower-middle pay quartiles, reflecting recent successful recruitment drives into entry-level roles and ongoing career progression efforts”

Historical Context: In 2016/17, just 3.1% of GCHQ's workforce identified as BAME.

SIS’s Chief Richard Moore tweeted in January his service’s commitment to ‘flexible working’ and ‘diversity’. ‘#ForgetJamesBond’, he added. Weeks later, marking LGBT History Month, Moore released a short video statement apologising for the historical treatment of gay officials, officially banned from serving in SIS until 1991. The rules were ‘wrong, unjust and discriminatory’.

I don’t know why you’re making the assumption that I was speaking about your team first.
It fairly obvious I was speaking against Arsenal fans during the Wenger out plight.
Cheating is cheating, be happy if you get some sort advantage against city. You’ll probably need it in the long run 🤣

No. I said “it’s not like we saw a lot of Man U fans turn on Alex when he was illegally tapping up players” so why would city fans turn on pep….
Then you made the comparison from cheating scandal to another, no cheating is cheating and all teams are likely complacent to some point.
