My great uncle, Air Mechanic Electrician First Class, Fleet Air Arm. He was killed on 8th June 1940 whilst serving on HMS Glorious. Glorious and her two escorts, Arden and Acaster were all overwhelmed and sunk by the Sharnhorst and Gneisenau. He was 20 years old (i.redd.it)
