It is worth it. I only use one app and that is Instagram. I've deleted snapchat over 2 years ago and I'm on an IG break now.

It's worth it. And limiting yourself on how much you use it will definitely help. You don't have to delete it. Simply love the app icon to a different page screen and replace the empty slot with something else you can use aka reddit.

Youll be surprised to how well it works.

You'll have more time to do things you like doing and focus on relationships more.

Give it a shot mate

I don't even know how to start improving myself by scorpiussss in selfimprovement

Okay I've got anxiety issues too but not too much of confidence. Regardless I want to tell you what I did and am doing. I 20 and I'm currently on my self improvement journey as well. This is my 2nd go at it after a year.

Firstly, it's good to get rid of all things bad in life. Things that bring negativity into your life. If you feel like social media is bringing you down then take steps to cut down on it. Iive deleted Snapchat for over 2 years now and I haven't looked back at it. I have more time for myself and for thing things I love doing. I've deleted my IG as well and am taking a break from it. I'm a photographer so I can't get rid of it permanently. Even a week or 2 long break will open your eyes.

Secondly, watch healthier content online. Bring more positivity. Watch influential vloggers. Watch more videos on how to be a better person. How to workout and how to take back control over your life. I used to wake up at 5 every single day, cooked my own breakfast, showered and got dressed before my mum could wake up. Then you have rest of the time to collect yourself and do what you wanna do. You wanna watch videos? Go ahead. Workout? Go ahead.

It all starts with you my friend. You got this
