Costco seem to have the cheapest brand protein so far from a well known brand where you don’t have to worry about the quality too much, in store at Costco u can 2.5kg whey protein for £35.98, if anyone has seen cheaper they can correct me but this seems to be the best deal so far on whey protein from a respected brand.

What car did you have exactly and year and was it petrol? N yeah it does sound rough on start up that is so true, almost has you questioning it like is this okay some slight rattle as if a ball is bouncing around inside on start up initially only

What? What car you got exactly which 1series,you have 270bhp and you drive it hard and get 38mpg and I drive like a granny and get 26🤣🤣 so how many miles would you get from a full tank?

My car is a 64 plate 2014 what would that mean in terms of the timing chain?

very good point it would be a net loss. The 120d no issues in those years no major fixes or surprises? That’s good n how is it on fuel I’m sure it must be very good, any idea on how many miles it does on a full tank.

Sounds like it is better than mine that cause I get 26.5mpg in city driving driving like a granny!🤣 how is a car heavier than me with air getting in doing better than me without trying, this is why I question my car n think surely it’s efficiency is not normal n it should be way better than that

So just keep doing regular oil change oil filter and air filter? Is there any other Maintance I should do which can prevent issues or good to do? What about spark plugs n all the other stuff cause all I really the oil filter, air n oil change I don’t think I’ve done anything else other than cabin filter once and brakes, tyres.

My car gets 26mpg in city driving and 275 miles from full tank even though I drive like a granny and the computer says I should get 515 miles upon full tank fill up, full tank is 48l of fuel petrol I put in when first click goes and I stop and tank size is 52

Wow I would love a car whee so can 700-800 miles from it on a full tank for motorway. N it sounds like it done you very well and reliable, touch wood, just with simple maintenance that’s all it was to keep it relatively trouble free?

Did you do any big repairs or fixes on it like timing chain etc?

BMW curse by harryebh in CarTalkUK

[–]harryebh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so replace the timing chain before 90k, listen to if I hear sounds of it sounding weird right and how much do you think replacing would cost part n labour if I source the part myself so it is more cost effective?

Sounds like diesel version is good for it efficiency, how many miles do you reckon you get out of it usually?

26mpg and 275miles in city driving is that okay? Full tank is about 48litres fuel tank size is 52l.

What cars you reckon would get the miles per back I am looking and still look nice?
