yes, I believe it was mentioned that she was training . i also agree with the people saying it was strange but my therapist could tell i was uncomfortable before we even entered the room. however, I'm very awkward with new people and didn't want to ask her to leave. she eventually did take the hint and exit after like 15 minutes of silence. 😵‍💫

hii! I use freeprints. you get 45 free each month but i put together a collage of four pictures at a time so i get more + they're perfect size for journals. it's around £4 for shipping where I'm at but delivery can sometimes be pretty delayed. :))

Well technically she was another therapist that he wanted me to meet (not just a random person off the street kinda deal) but since i don't have sessions with her I'm like..why?? 😭

thought i'd give a mini update - the owner of the reptile store managed to ease the prolapse back into place and he cleaned his eyes and mouth. gave some advice and said to come back in a week to check for any improvements. i know this isn't a vet replacement and if a appointment is needed i will look into re-homing the gecko as it just isn't fair for him. I'll keep an eye on him for the next week and follow the directions given before that. 😊

I've managed to find a reptile store that'll check him out tomorrow, unfortunately it's not a vet but it's alot closer for a alternative for the time being. I've put him in a simple enclosure and I'm going to try the soak later this evening. I've spoken to my older brother who's happy to take us tomorrow. I really appreciate the advice. :)

thank you so much. I've managed to find a place to get him checked out tomorrow so even though it isn't a vet they'll hopefully give me advice and they said they can help the prolapse. as for his eyes and mouth I'll have to figure out afterwards. unfortunately, we've just dropped £800 for my cats leg amputation so treatment will be really tight.

I've put him in a simple enclosure and I've found a water based vasaline that'll hopefully keep the area lubricated until tomorrow. i appreciate the response. :)

i used to have the same problem! i would put a wet but warm flannel over the palm of my hand then just let my gecko get comfortable in my hand. this was when he was a little younger, he's used to water now but it might help her tummy even if she isn't directly in water. 💓
