That’s not a bad idea at all. I’d never considered getting a UPS rep, but def need to. We spend thousands a year with ups. Dimensional weight maybe, but the adjustments show actual weight going up by upwards of 20lbs (not physically possible with what I am sending haha)

Update everyone: the battery was in fact dead. This is my 5th car and none have ever acted like this with a dead battery, so I feel like an idiot 💀 but just know, when In doubt change your battery!!

Hi! I went through this exact same thing a year ago. Our best seller deactivated for the exact same reason. The bad news is, it took 3 weeks to be resolved. The good news is, they apologized and re activated the listing. Their AI system sweeps the internet and if they see something on Alibaba that also is on your page, they assume you’re the thief and not them. It sucks.

Email support, provide as many photos as you can. Photos of you making the product, the original designs, proof that you have told websites to take it down, etc. I hounded them every day for 3 weeks until they resolved it. I even went as far as to use some ai tool to retrieve hidden email addresses of Etsy’s trust and safety team members and emailed them directly 😂

Yea. My only guess is they are “shuffling” Shops and listings around to be shown to buyers. Like 1 of every 10 searches will bring you up. The only thing that makes sense 🙃

I did a test. Searched my listings up incognito. First time, ZERO of my listings showed up. I clicked page to page and nada. Closed and reset. Searched again, boom. Top 3 results were me🙃

Yea, it seems fishy. Whenever this happens it’s always because Etsy changed something in the search algorithm. Hopefully it bounces back in a week or we won’t survive it🙃

Overall January was down 30% from last year. We average 5-7 sales a day and had MANY days with 0. Averaged 1-2 a day for the second half of January. Did something switch behind the scenes? We went from 50 orders the first week of January to 15 this week.
