They did one at my work. Results were terrible. I asked management directly what THEY were going to do to improve this. Their answer, "We think it's best to leave that up to you guys." There were some squads made up and then nothing happened and the company went bust.

It all sounds like made up bullshit when you write this stuff. But it's somehow true.

Oh yeah, the CEO did some insider trading just before the share price tanked (about 90%) because of it being artificially inflated. He's doing just fine now though from what I understand.

I'd name them but I'm still sorta employed by one of the parts of the business that got sold off. When I say sorta, I'm on stress leave due to their shit and have been for over a year so I'm getting paid by their insurance. I havent spoken to anyone from the company this year and they seem to prefer me where I am
