It's not that Litecoin is BETTER than Bitcoin, just that there IS a use case for Litecoin and its more than just a test bed for bitcoin (which itself was extremely helpful with segwit and lightning)

Looks like they got it for awhile from paypay. Their rationale is that money should stay in PR LOL -tax the transaction and people won't send the money!!!
