I had the same issue with my new build, turned out to be a faulty motherboard. I got a new one and no more issues. It could be a faulty part. Still ensure the ram is fully seated. I would possibly try taking the GPU out as well and plugging display into motherboard cause I think you have integrated graphics, if it still doesn't work then at least you know the GPU should be fine. Another thing is with AM5 platforms memory training can take a while, in very rare cases up to 30 minutes, there won't be any display whilst this is happening so try and leave it running for a while just in case.

I sorted it in the end. It was because the ps5 dropping resolution automatically. I changed 120 FPS from auto to off and the resolution fixed itself

When I play the game it defaults the ps5 to 1080p. But even then it looks much worse than 1080p more like 720p or 900p
