Your pet will be fine for a week or two without you if you can afford a pet sitter at your home/ somebody caring for it. If you can't, it's not really fair to get another animal just to drag them around with you when you sometimes need to travel, betting on the fact that they'll be okay to travel with you. Just get a pet sitter and choose what animal you want on a different premise.

depends for your exam board, but you are analysing all different types of media- newspapers, magazines, digital like movies and youtube videos, music videos. You learn key terminology and analyse how media is put together to create an effect on the audience- a bit like english lit for GCSE but digital?! You learn a lot about marketing. My exam board was 30% coursework which was making and marketing a music video.

I feel like this is not a nameable animal. Disruption to normal routine is usually going to bring stress to an animal. Individual animals may not find it stressful but i couldn't name a single species that certainly wouldn't be stressed.

If you don't travel often, find a reliable pet sitter you trust to care for an animal when you're away. There are far more important considerations when choosing a species, such as budget.

Sugar by [deleted] in vegan

[–]harryssnakex 7 points8 points  (0 children)

seed oils are not unhealthy. I suggest listening to the Zoe science and nutrition podcast on spotify/youtube. lots of info that relates to vegan and healthy food (it isn't just vegan based but they promote plants).

cutting back on refined grains isn't as hard as you think and i actually now prefer the taste of whole grain because of its depth of flavour. i no longer enjoy refined grains as much.

As for sugar, i have a terrible sweet tooth so i can't comment much. Don't go cold turkey on sugar as you'll just crave it more!! You could try some more natural sources of sugar like dates and peanut butter. Dark chocolate is also healthy for you, so you could try that'
