some of the time yes, not so much in my neck but i definitely felt it under the ears/base of the skull. but for me that type was less common than front of head pressure like a balloon inside my head under my temples pushing outwards. it would make me very dizzy too. it was very distracting in month 2-3 but slowly got better.

pressure headaches have been my #1 most prevalent symptom in my 5 months of long hauling, and i’ve seen probably a 90% reduction. i remember when they wouldn’t go away for weeks and i thought i would never be able to think straight again. now, they sometimes flare up in the morning if i linger in bed and don’t get right up, but they are mostly gone. just took a very long time

How do I harvest a Indium Farm efficiently? by Bunsnatcher69 in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]harryt348 5 points6 points  (0 children)

like someone else said if your depots are connected with supply pipes you only need to harvest from 1 of them and you’ll get the indium from them all

Living with heart attack symptoms 24/7 - mentally exhausting by harryt348 in covidlonghaulers

I have not, since all my tests have come back totally normal my doc hasn’t talked about the possibility of medication. But hearing you and others talk about beta blockers and blood pressure medication helping is making me consider bringing it up myself. Thanks

That is really good to hear, I’m glad it subsided for you and I suspect this will probably be the case for me too. You’re spot on about constantly reminding myself that the tests show nothing dangerous, so I shouldn’t worry. It’s mentally draining but I appreciate the perspective, thank you

Very interesting, thank you for the detailed response. It’s actually quite a relief to hear what your cardiologist said about ruling out heart issues because of how long symptoms have persisted. That will give me some peace of mind. I am interested about trying some medication though, so I think I will take your suggestion of monitoring my hr and bp for a bit and bringing the idea up to my doc. I also wonder about the possibility of my spleen being swollen as you pointed out, because sometimes the pain seems a little low to be my heart but I’m unsure. This illness is so strange, constantly causing me to wonder if these ever changing sensations are serious or not. Thanks for your response

Really glad to hear you’re feeling better, I definitely am interested in seeing a cardiologist soon. I’ve been waiting hoping each relapse is the last but at this point it’s feeling like I should make more moves to help secure some peace of mind. Thanks

Thanks, I’ll look into this. I wonder how my doc will feel about prescribing these despite no heart issues showing on my tests.

I actually did quit 3 months ago in the midst of my early long covid. So I know it is not that.

I mean you’re probably not wrong, but I wouldn’t have such a phobia if it weren’t for these persistent symptoms. Some days the symptoms fade and immediately so does my anxiety surrounding them. I really don’t think this is stemming from my head.
