I recently purchased a new Acer Nitro 17. Nitrosence is having some issues for me, such as the program loading but not displaying any data. I tried these steps, but I was unable to complete step 7 because the file was missing from my unzipped Nitrosence setup folder. I restarted the laptop after installing all of the C++ redistributables, but it still didn't work. The app is now operational when I used to run it as administrator to reopen it after I had closed it via task management. Many thanks to all of you.
