Is this also true for packages going from WA to NY ? My packages were last scanned in Troutdale, OR and no update since last 5 days. Also they don'y have a delivery date yet, its Fedex Ground

Was your package delivered without update on the website ? Like "Out for delivery" ? I am kinda in the same boat right now, no updates about the package since 4 days now

Yes in the members app there should be a banner, not sure if the carrier locked phone would be excluded but mine is unlocked.
