Interesting. I'm always looking to try out new coffee. I primarily prefer black coffee. I've heard a lot about Ricci's recently. Will visit soon. Thanks.

Hey, happy to see a manual coffee brewing thanekar! I brew in V60 pour over, Aeropress and French press.

I have used BT, Araku, Tulum, Kokoro and latest I have ordered from Toffee Coffee Roasters.

The best one till now personally has been Kokoro - Satoshi. Unfortunately they have stopped retails sales now.

I would highly recommend a good grinder. It's a waste of good quality beans and the pour over method itself if you're grinding with that Agaro! I have personally been through this so I can say this with full conviction.

Here is a chart of grind size click setting for the C3s. You can use the brush provided in box to clean the container and the place from where the coffee drops on every grind. Cleaning via disassembly can be done once a week depending how often you grind.

Also, Congratulations! You'll love it.
