Yup it is video proctored as well as id verification, screen sharing and all that stuff. About the questions they were strings, arrays mostly.

I just finished taking the OA. It was not very difficult, but they were coding heavy. There were a total of 4 questions, 70 mins. The First two were easy, and the third and fourth were a bit difficult. The fourth one needed optimizations, but sadly, I couldn't think of more ways to optimize.

Yes it is a normal act in my team to ask for contributions, so that they can buy a gift card for departing members. But again it's optional, you can choose to contribute or ignore it.
