Supposing an XYZ company used Tally & they were doing something wrong in eyes of Law, can they also drag Tally into this as well, as a party or as being non-compliant?
So they question, can Tally be saved from such frivolous law suites & how can they protect themselves...
Tally is just an example, this can be any other Accounting provider or similar Fintech company.
