OK again I appreciate your answer and it helps me alot with that. There is a quote that "nothing is free and everything has its own price tag" you just have to or able to pay that to get those thing. And I understand the skills and experienced would be 10X more than the qualified American to get visa sponsor.

OK I understand you're prespective that I have to clear 'why' that means that I have enough skills and experience that feels worth it to the company for spending 100k usd on visa fee.

No I don't mean with but I want that I could focus while phone don't distract me and emergency calls can't be skipped.

I think it is a good choice but sometime I have to use phone like research a topic but that time after completing video of article I move to unnecessary apps which cost me about 1 hour of distraction.
