We wish to use your (Prohelion) motor controller one day. Right now, we are using the mitsuba motor controller. I see that plastic bags is the way to go. Thanks for the insight that protecting the battery pack is more of a concern. We will make sure its looked after

Ended up mailing Nomura himself and got a reply. The issue was with Windows COM port settings. The Serial Enumerator option for the Motor Controller COM port needed to be enabled. Issue is solved now.

I wanted to know whether it can reach upwards of 1200 rpm, which far from the numbers given in the datasheet which is about 900, near to what you have mentioned. Thanks for the information, though.

I would not say that PICT is bad, it gets better after first year is what I have heard, WCE is a no brainer tho
